Retail Water Treatment Service at Debenhams

Maintenance of clean and safe water is required by all retail outlets. Brodex offer water treatment solutions to the retail sector through providing all the necessary services – water testing, sampling, remedial work, chlorination TMV serving and tank renovation. We will determine the exact water service you require by undertaking all the required risk assessments at your retail site. This tailored service eases the pressure placed on retailers so that you can be confident in the safety of your water system.

Debenhams is one of the UK’s largest department store chains. Founded in 1778, it now operates over 200 stores across 28 different countries. Debenhams occupies most sites of any traditional department store in the UK. You will also find many of their new outlets in shopping centres. Regardless of location, every Debenhams retail store must comply to the required standards of water treatment and maintenance.

Brodex was commissioned to undertake a water hygiene maintenance programme for all 150 of its British stores. The water treatment service we provided included an ongoing annual chlorination scheme alongside water sampling, TVC testing and serving of further water testing. We also crucially supplied the UKAS certificates for Debenhams; these certificates provide more security for retailers in the face of scrutiny than any other independent evaluation. An up-to-date log of their water health and safety reports and engineer’s notes were also kept as part of their retail water treatment scheme.
