New Brodex Office in Bristol

Brodex, one of the UK’s leading water treatment companies, has announced the opening of a new office in Bristol to expand the company’s national footprint and better serve its customer base across the South West of England.

Brodex is building on the success of operations in its North West headquarters and Midlands hub, with further plans to open an additional office later this year in the South East of England. Brodex  has also increased the total number of its sales and customer support staff to serve its larger geographical footprint.

The company is escalating its investment in marketing and PR, with projects underway that include the launch of a new website and online customer portal.

Geoff Shalders, managing director at Brodex, said: “This is an important and exciting time for Brodex as we continue to expand our presence across the country. The new regional offices and increased marketing and PR efforts will allow us to fulfil the water and hygiene needs of a greater number of companies across a wide range of sectors.

“We are also looking at acquisition opportunities to help fuel further growth. Our investment in creating a larger workforce in new locations will cement our position as one of the country’s leading water treatment providers.”

The expansion follows a healthy period of trading and continued investment in training and accreditations including ISO 9001 quality management, Safecontractor and membership of the Legionella Control Association.

The company forecasts that the investment in growth and subsequent increases to its customer base will positively impact turnover by circa 10% in the first year and 20% in the second year.
