Failure to adequately deliver a clean and safe water undermines legislation such as the Health and Safety Act.
Clwyd Alyn Housing Association manages more than 5,400 homes across six counties in North Wales. Brodex was commissioned to design and deliver a bespoke water hygiene service programme for Clwyd Alyn Housing Association’s sheltered and assisted living schemes. This involved 32 sites in total, each of which required a full and detailed Legionella risk assessment inspecting all their hot and cold water storage solutions. All water treatment tasks were carried out by Brodex’s team of water treatment specialists to produce the most accurate tests and reports. On completion of the initial 12-month contract Brodex secured renewal of the contract for a further three years.
