Water treatment company client portal opens

As your water management and maintenance partner, we are committed to providing you with up to date information and easy access to certificates and test results. Our strive for improvement and innovation is what makes our clients choose us over hundreds of other water treatment companies.

With this in mind, we have improved how you can access this information and have invested in the development of a new Client Portal that will replace our current resource centre. Our new portal is very user friendly and has been designed to give you fast, straightforward access to a wide range of information.

The client portal is now live and we are in the process of rolling it out to all of our customers. During this period, the resource centre will still be available to all of our current customers and we will continue to upload your latest results and certificates until everyone is live on the new system.

The new easy to use Brodex Client Portal allows you to view a summary of your site, reflecting your current contract with Brodex Ltd. Sample results, Legionella Risk Assessments and certificates will be uploaded below the month the work was carried out and will be available for you to view, print and download. We will also input data after our engineers have attended your site which will highlight any inspections that may have failed or any temperature readings which may not meet required standards.

When you have been upgraded to the new Client Portal you will automatically be set up to receive email alerts which will notify you when new documents are available for download and when any sample results or tasks have failed. Due to the sensitive nature of failed sample results, such as positive legionella, it is important that we have an accurate email address for the person responsible for site.

You will receive an email to let you know when you have been upgraded to the new client portal.
