Water Sampling
The type of water sampling required will depend on your water systems, risk assessment findings, compliance requirements and any recent concerns on site. Legionella testing is usually used to detect the presence of Legionella bacteria, while microbiological sampling can be used to check wider water quality indicators such as TACC/TVC, E.coli, coliforms and Pseudomonas. Spa pool sampling is used for spa pools, hot tubs and similar systems.
Yes. If you are unsure which type of sampling is needed, BrodexTrident can review your requirements and advise on the most appropriate approach based on your water systems, risk assessment findings, previous results or current site concerns.
No. Water sampling can help verify water quality, investigate concerns and support ongoing control, but it does not replace a Legionella risk assessment. A suitable and sufficient risk assessment should identify the risks associated with your water systems and help determine whether sampling is required.
Yes. Water sampling can be arranged as a one-off service or as part of an ongoing water hygiene monitoring programme, depending on your site requirements, risk profile and compliance needs.
