Covid-19 Company Statement & Guidance

Given the recent outbreak of Coronavirus and likely escalation, we want to ensure you that BrodexTrident Ltd are committed to taking the necessary steps which ensure that we operate our business whilst protecting our clients.

The essential services which we provide, will continue to be provided without disruption to keep you safe and compliant with Health & Safety legislation. BrodexTrident Ltd is committed to working with our Clients throughout the UK during the coming months as our country tackles the outbreak.

Some of the organisations we deliver services to house vulnerable members of the public, including Healthcare facilities and Residential Care Homes.

As the situation develops and/if movement of people becomes more restricted, it may be necessary for you to temporarily carry out some monitoring tasks. Please contact your account manager for details on this.

We have implemented measures to ensure that we focus on keeping our Clients and Staff safe. These measures include:

  • Supply of Personal Protective Equipment to all BrodexTrident Engineers
  • Keeping a safe distance from people when visiting premises
  • Communication on how to effectively improve handwashing and personal hygiene
  • Taking all reasonable infection-barrier precautions, as indicated by Public Health England
  • We have shared best practice advice with all employees
  • We have reduced visits to our offices from suppliers unless essential
  • We are encouraging tele and video conferencing where possible

Given the likely increased absence levels that all organisations could face in the months ahead, we are planning to ensure that we have sufficient resources available at all times to continue delivering our services without disruption.

BrodexTrident Ltd is committed to assuring the safety, wellbeing and compliance of all our clients and are doing everything possible to ensure we can continue to provide the level of service you need and expect.
